Jason is a pleasure to deal with..12 months MOT given as standard an he even threw in brand new mats when I came to pick up the car. Went away very happy.

Trustworthy garage with friendly helpful staff
I'm always wary of used car dealers but Jason has restored my faith . Needing another car I saw a Honda Accord at Park Lane Cars and spoke to Jason who was very pleasant on the phone and answered all my questions without hesitation. I travelled over an hour to look at the car and I have to say it was a very relaxed viewing. I was handed the keys and allowed to look at the car with my husband at our leisure . There was no one standing over us and no pushy sales . The car was exactly as described in the advert and all the paperwork for its history ready for us to look at . Although there was still 3 months MOT left on the car Jason was more than happy to put another 12 months on for me. There was an advisory on the MOT and Jason didn't hesitate to repair the advisory and do a service on the car . The collection was smooth and he taxed the car with me as I collected it . A very happy customer and would highly recommend this garage.

Nice garage, some lovely little cars on the forecourt. Great car buying experience, no hassle, no pressure just very easy going. There were a few small jobs that needed doing on the car before purchased and there was no argument, they just got them done for me. Offered a fair price for my old car at part exchange. I also got a 3 month warranty and a car wash as I was signing for my new car! Great stuff. Super happy, thank you!

Bought a Ford Kuga early today from Park Lane Cars. Two very helpful sailsmen. No pressure and answered all my questions clearly and honestly. Also let me and the wife take the car away on our own for a test drive. Deal done and car sat on my driveway. Wold definitely go back in the future if a suitable car was available.

Jason and his team are very professional,no pressure selling . Allowed to view the car in my our time asked all the usual questions Car as described a low mileage Octavia, did the deal , I had one issue with the alarm not working correctly. Contacted Jason who said no problem I will get that sorted for you. He picked up the car from my house while I was out at work and deliver the car back all fixed keys though the letter box the same day. New alarm fitted. Its nice to have a local garage who puts the customer first.

I arrived early to view my vehicle, owner appologiesd that he had to deal with another customer 1st, I said it was not a problem and said I had all day. Was left to view the car without any pressure or old fashioned car sale lingo Went on a test drive, car drove as it looked "perfect", asked if I had a part ex, we agreed a deal that was good for both of us, without pain or problems. Then wrapped up the payment and paperwork very effeicnetly. Don't hesitate to deal with them, they may look small but owner knows his trade, and does not sell rubbish. AAA+++

Purchasing my latest VW Passat in "˜lockdown' was the first time I had ever purchased a car without seeing or driving it beforehand "“ however with the care and attention that Jason at Park Lane Cars gives to both his vehicles and his customers, I need not have been concerned. From the detailed information and photographs provided on the website, Jason's knowledge and helpfulness in answering any questions and addressing my concerns, either by phone, email or text, to the incredibly thorough attention to detail in preparing the vehicle for sale and delivery, I think I have found one of the best second hand car garages in the country! I would certainly not hesitate in buying another vehicle from here in the future, even though they are located over 85 miles away. The "˜drive to deliver' service was excellent and having been told that they would come back to collect the car free-of-charge if there was anything not quite right, was extremely reassuring - though I am pleased to say this has not been necessary! The car came with a recent service, MoT and four new Continental tyres. In addition, the brake discs, pads, cambelt and water pump had all been replaced before the vehicle was listed for sale. I couldn't have asked for anything more. In summary, the whole process was spot on, in regards to the mechanical condition and appearance of the car, and of course the customer service "“ a big thank you!

Really friendly professional service. I have purchased a really great value vehicle in lovely condition, no pressure and some fuel had been added because they didn't want to hand it over with no fuel which I thought was a nice touch. Finance was arranged quickly, easily and professionally and I could drive away straight away. I'm a happy customer, I hate buying cars and I would definitely come back here.

I was looking for a vehicle in an emergency situation. I am not well informed when it comes to cars and I was wary of being taken the mick out of. However Park Lane Cars were great, they weren't pushy or overbearing whatsoever. He answered my questions and was incredibly accommodating. They organised everything and went above and beyond to ensure my family had a solid car, road worthy , up to date servicing etc. -even stayed late at the office so I could collect at a time possible for me. Excellent Service, Friendly And Trustworthy Garage
It's been a while since I have bought a car but I needn't have been apprehensive, they are friendly guys who made the whole process easy and straightforward. The car looked good and drove well on the test drive, we were given plenty of time to look at the car inside and out. There wasn't any of the tradition pushy sales"talk" or pressure. When we decided to have the car, we agreed on a price after a small amount of negotiation. We had a full MOT, a couple of small issues sorted out and the car had been serviced, everything that you need when buying a car. Completing the paperwork and making the payment was all very straightforward. I have no hesitation in recommending Park Lane Motors as they are an excellent garage with the best Customer service.

He was kind enough to pick me up from the train station so I could drive the car back from the garage. All the paperwork was taken care of at the garage and he guided me through every step.
